Welcome to TechPrism. By accessing or using techprismhq.com or any of our associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TechPrism's website or services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

TechPrism is a content automation and scheduling platform that enables creators, marketers, and businesses to automate the creation and distribution of digital content across multiple social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Pinterest.

Our platform provides tools that allow users to:

Connect their own social media accounts via official OAuth authorization flows
Schedule and publish video content to connected platforms
Track performance and manage their content calendar
Access curated product reviews and affiliate opportunities to monetize their content

TechPrism also participates in affiliate programs (including the Amazon Associates Program) and publishes product reviews and recommendations on its own channels for informational purposes.

3. TikTok Integration

TechPrism integrates with the TikTok Content Posting API to allow users to publish video content directly to their own TikTok accounts from within the TechPrism platform. When you connect your TikTok account:

OAuth Authorization: You will be redirected to TikTok's official authorization page, where you explicitly grant TechPrism permission to act on your behalf. TechPrism never accesses your TikTok password.
Scopes Used:
- video.publish — to publish videos you have prepared to your TikTok account
- video.upload — to upload video files to TikTok's servers before publishing
- user.info.basic — to retrieve your TikTok display name and avatar for account verification within TechPrism
Your Content, Your Account: TechPrism only publishes content that you have explicitly scheduled or approved. We do not post content without your authorization.
Token Storage: Your TikTok access token is stored securely and used solely to perform actions you've authorized. You can revoke access at any time via TikTok's app settings (TikTok Settings → Manage Apps).
Data Use: TikTok data accessed through the API is used only to fulfill your content scheduling requests and is never sold to third parties.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

TechPrism participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and other affiliate networks. Links to third-party products on this site may be affiliate links. This means:

We may receive a commission when you purchase through our links
There is no additional cost to you
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice
We recommend products based on merit and relevance to our audience

5. User Accounts and Responsibilities

When you connect a social media account to TechPrism, you represent that:

You own or have full rights to the connected account
You have the right to publish the content you submit through our platform
The content you publish complies with the terms of service of each connected platform (including TikTok's Terms of Service)
You will not use TechPrism to post spam, misleading content, or content that violates any applicable laws

6. Intellectual Property

All TechPrism original content — including the platform interface, brand assets, and proprietary algorithms — is owned by TechPrism and protected by applicable copyright law. User-generated content submitted through TechPrism remains owned by the respective user.

7. Limitation of Liability

TechPrism is not liable for:

Service interruptions caused by third-party APIs (including TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram)
Content rejected or removed by connected platforms under their own policies
Any losses resulting from reliance on affiliate product recommendations
Changes to third-party API terms that affect platform functionality

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Our platform integrates with and links to third-party services (TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Pinterest, etc.). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. TechPrism is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the appropriate courts.
